Scene 2, exterior night, stars scintillating out of phase with their ocean reflexion, wind murmuring tales of the other side of the sea
It is 1.30 a.m. and I walk into the ocean. I feel the cold water on my skin, it is the first thing I feel in a long time.
I should feel the wind; but I don't. I should hear it, but I don't. I just hear the Weeknd in my earphones. I now associate the ocean and this feeling with:
"Got a sweet asian chick,
Wetter than the ocean."
And realize that is what he did. I was not the one.
